(Hmm... Burning rolls into a patch of brambles in the camp wall? I don't mind either way.)
"Yay!" Burningkit mewed happily, bouncing around the apprentice. "This is gonna be awesome! How about I'm Burningstar, leader of ShadowClan, and you're Skystar, leader of yucky ThunderClan?" He giggled for a few moments before changing his mind, "You can be leader of ShadowClan if you want, I guess." The kit decided to be nice to Skypaw. The nicer you are at first, the harder it is for them to learn how harsh you are.

(That works.)
Skypaw's whiskers twitched in amusement as she watched the excited kit. She sat down with her fluffy tail wrapped around her paws, getting a bit dizzy from watching him. How sweet she thought, surprised. In all honesty, she had never had a cat really show her even a small kindness like that. "No its ok, you can be ShadowClan's leader if you want," she mewed a bit shyly but was obviously pleased by his offer.

('Kay~)
"Alright!" Burningstar fluffed up his pelt and pretended to growl, claws unsheathing. Oops! Burningkit quickly sheathed his claws, "Didn't mean to unsheathe them.. Can't do that in play or training practice, though." The kit mewed, "Right?" He tipped his head to the side, his eyes widening in fake innocence. "I wouldn't want to hurt a Clanmate- especially not a friend!"

Skypaw jumped slightly as she looked at Burningkit's unsheathed claws. "Right..." she mewed quickly, feeling a bit uneasy. There was something about this kit... But that train of thought completely went out of the window at his next sentence. Plus that look! Her blue eyes widened slightly. "A friend? Really?" She asked.

"Yeah!" Burningkit mewed, "You're like my best friend, Skypaw! You're one of the only cats that's nice enough to play with me.." He put an edge on 'nice enough', wanting to glare at the medicine cat. However, Burningkit decided that was a bad idea and after a few moments' thought figured that the edge on the words might have hurt him a bit. Trying to cover it up, the kit faked throat pain, "Oof, sorry! My throat hurts a bit now.. I don't know why my voice had done that before, though." Burningkit cleared his throat and swallowed before blinking and mewing, "Should we start playing the game now?"

Skypaw couldn't help the happy purr that rumbled in her chest. She finally had a friend. For once, she wasn't being judged or looked down on, so when he did act a little mean, she felt a bang of uneasiness but brushed it off. She looked worriedly at the kit, obviously a gullible young she-cat, believing every word that came from his mouth. "Sure!" she mewed, dropping into a crouch. She wasn't too much bigger than the kit, but she still wanted to be careful not to hurt him.

Burningkit squealed in excitement, I guess she's a friend.. I wasn't lying there. But the others.. When will they figure me out? Burningkit let his fur bristle, pretending it was for effects in the game. The truth was that his fur had bristled out of worry. The kit hoped that his manipulative personality that battled with his cruel personality would never be discovered- that no cat would ever really figure it all out. The medicine cat had already learned that Burningkit could be mean- or so it seemed to him- but how long would it be until Burningkit was rude to every cat in the Clan and ended up ignored and hated?
Gotta.. Stop.. Thinking... Burningkit thought, shaking himself. The kit lunged at Skypaw, gently trying to bat at her forearms.

Skypaw softly cuffed the kit's side. Fighting wasn't her strong suit, but she was hopefully getting there. She was still rather bemused and distracted. She would always be there for Burnignkit. Moons to come, though she didn't know it yet, she would hold close to her word, even when others tried to warn her away from him. She was bound to be blind to his true nature.

Burningkit whipped around and tried to nip at Skypaw's paw. "You'll never win, Skystar! ThunderClan will fall at the paws of ShadowClan!" He growled playfully, tail lashing in pretend anger. Burningkit glanced up at Skypaw, "Give up now!" He ran around to Skypaw's flank and attempted to leap on her back.

"Never!" Skypaw hissed with as much mock anger as she could muster. However, the small kit was giving her a run for her money. He was smaller and was using it to his advantage. He was sure to be a great warrior someday. She tumbled over as he jumped on her.

"Like I said, you can't win, Skystar!" Burningkit mewed loudly, laughing after. He lunged forward and tried to nip the she-cat's scruff. Without knowing if he'd succeeded, Burningkit leaped back, "I suppose I'll let it go this time, but think twice before you try to take ShadowClan's territory!" The tom had apparently made up in his own mind what the setting of the game was, although he hadn't spoken it until now. "Of course," Burningkit began, unsheathing his claws and glancing at them, "I wouldn't be a real warrior if I allowed my opponent mercy, would I?" He looked up at Skypaw, wondering about the answer.

Skypaw let out a slight yelp as he nipped her neck, feeling a small sting. "I'll never attack ShadowClan again!" she wailed before letting out a mreow of laughter. However, her eyes turned serious at Burningkit's question. "I think that it take a real, brave warrior to show mercy at the right times," she mewed thoughtfully.
