Mintpaw padded into camp, ducking around anyone and everyone until she reached the leaders den. She had just witnessed a fox fight, and felt disgusted by her absence of doing something. Forcing this down, she needed to report to Miststar. Taking a small step into the den, she called out, "Miststar?"

~MistStar~ The massive black tom was completely concealed in the shadows of his den. He hated all the light that came into it unless it was Leaf-bare. His eyes opened at the sound of his name. Two big black paws slipped into the sun light before leaning forwards revealing the broad shoulders and rippling muscles of the leader. His back legs came behind his front as his long, thin, short-furred, black tail curled neatly around his paws. The lemon gaze of his clear eyes landed on the apprentice. Yes, Mintpaw? He replied to the nervous apprentice.

Mintpaw shuffled uneasily for a second, eyes burning holes in the ground. "Something happened on the border with ThunderClan......" She meowed, but quickly covered up, "A fox. It was pretty young, but it attacked some rouges and Hawkpaw and Flamepaw went to help. It hurt one of the rouges and then it got chased off. Hawknight's over there now. They're trying to get in touch with ThunderClan because the rouge can't walk and we wouldn't want to bring them here......" Her voice trailed off.

~MistStar~ He thought. Was this what StarClan wanted them to prepare for? A fox attack? He looked at the small she-cat. Are Hawkpaw and Flamepaw alright? He asked with a little bit of concern for his clan members. (Sorry it was short)

Mintpaw thought back to the fox before answering. "Not bad. Flamepaw has a cut on her cheek and a small tear on her shoulder and Hawkpaw got hit on his thigh and is cut above his eye, but, they did real well. They had this strategy or something, and the fox was small. Hawknight didn't seem worried." [Same here.]

~MistStar~ So, Hawknight has already attended to them? Then they should be fine. We'll increase the number of patrols and send at least one strong warrior on patrol while marking. Kits and Queens shall be guarded along with the elders. Thank you, Mintpaw, for alerting me about the possible dangers. If there is a small fox its mother has to be near by. he said starting to walk out of his den to make the annoncement to the clan members who were there at the camp, either sleeping, resting, eating, preparing to leave, or being lazy. The tom looked out and paused gathering what he would say.
